The governance of St. John Paul II College Gulu comprises various levels of leadership, designed with the one aim of giving the best secondary education to our children.
The Board of Governors
St. John Paul II College Gulu is led by the Board of Governors whose membership is appointed in accordance with the governing laws of Uganda. It comprises mean and women of proven expertise and key stakeholders. The Board of Governors is the policy making organ of the College. The College has two full time Directors who are responsible for appointment of staff, developing strategic direction, resource mobilization and quality assurance.
The Headteacher and Top Management
The Headteacher is the Executive Head of the College, he is responsible for two Deputy Headteachers, and the College Bursar, including the Director of Studies and the Dean of Administration. This team makes up the Top Management of the College. The Top Management works with Heads of Departments, Class Teachers and Subject Teachers as well as Patrons of Clubs and Societies and Support Staff to deliver excellent academic and cocurricular services to the Student body.
